Added to honey and to our best selection of almonds, the candied orange peel brings subtle notes of citrus fruits to this white but colourful nougat. It is one of the first original creations of the house.
Ingredients:
sucre, sirop de glucose, amandes, miel, oranges confites, pain azyme (amidon de pomme de terre, eau, huile végétale de tournesol), blanc d’œuf.
