The toffee nougat is prepared with our homemade salted butter toffee from Atelier Des Douceurs. White nougat is the first ingredient followed by honey of Provence, Mediterranean almonds, egg whites, and finally the toffee in the last stage of cooking.
Ingredients:
sucre, amandes, Caramel 19%: sucre, beurre salé, sirop de glucose, lait demi-écrémé, sel. sirop de glucose, miel, pain azyme:(amidon de pomme de terre,eau,huile végétale d’olives), Blanc d’œufs. présence possible d’autres fruits a coque.
