The nougat with chestnuts is an original creation Arnaud Soubeyran. We add the cream of chestnuts from Ardèche Clément Faugier into the nougat dough. This subtle mixture full of sweetness is enhanced by notes of honey.
Ingredients:
Glucose, sucre, crème de marrons 17,5%(chataignes,sucre,débris de marrons glaçés,eau,sirop de glucose,arome naturel de vanille), sucre inverti, amandes, blanc d’œufs, pain azyme:(amidon de pomme de terre,eau,huile végétale d’olives), arômes.présence possible d’autres fruits a coque.
